Long time Corizon Health client joins the team

Long time Corizon Health client joins the teamWe are pleased to announce that Rodney Ballard, who as the director of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Community Corrections was a long-time client partner of Corizon Health, is now working as a full-time consultant on our business development and client satisfaction efforts.

Rodney, whose experience includes not only directing a large urban jail but also a medium-sized county jail as well as serving as Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Kentucky’s Department of Corrections, is well-known throughout the corrections community for his teamwork approach running an effective corrections program.

Corizon Health team members in Lexington fondly recall his view of the jail as a naval vessel in which all onboard play a crucial role in running a tight ship.

We are looking forward to working with Rodney not only for his relationships and knowledge of corrections, but for the unique perspective he offers in how to build and maintain teamwork and respect between correctional and healthcare staff and between facility employees and contractor employees.

Please join us in welcoming “Coach Ballard” to the Corizon Health team.
