Corizon Health selected to continue services at the Coxsackie Regional Medical Unit

Corizon Health selected to continue services at the Coxsackie Regional Medical UnitThe New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) awarded its recent RFP for operating a skilled nursing facility within the Coxsackie Regional Medical Unit to Corizon Health, continuing our 19-year partnership.

We have been privileged to operate this 60-bed unit since 1998, and the award speaks to the excellent collaboration our site team, led by Health Services Administrator Cindy Loucks under the supervision of Regional VPO Bob Orrick, has established with the DOCCS, and the clinical leadership offered by Medical Director Dr. Kirk Hochstetler, Director of Nursing Kathleen Allan, and led by RMD Dr. Imhotep Carter.

We also want to recognize the efforts of business development, the proposal writers, and the pricing team in developing a winning proposal.
