Project Return elects Dr. Mark Fleming to Board of Directors

Dr. Mark Fleming

Dr. Mark Fleming has been elected to the Board of Directors for Project Return, a Nashville-area non-profit created in 1979 to “provide services and connect people with resources needed to return successfully to work and community after incarceration.” Dr. Fleming is Vice President of Operations for Corizon Health’s contract to provide comprehensive behavioral health services within the Tennessee Department of Correction.

Along with improving the health and safety of our patients, reducing recidivism is a central component of Corizon Health’s Vision. After serving their sentences, many of our patients reenter their communities with limited support and minimal resources and lack the skills and education needed to gain meaningful employment. With the addition of Dr. Fleming to the Board of Directors, we hope to further ensure the successful reentry of our patients in Tennessee and fulfill the other part of our Vision—to better the communities where we all live and work.

We congratulate Dr. Fleming on his election and thank him for his dedicated service to Corizon Health and to the patients for whom we provide essential care.
