In observance of Veterans Day

Corizon Correctional Healthcare Rich HallworthWe once again pause to recognize the anniversary of the armistice that ended World War I, which has since become known as Veterans Day — a celebration of all service men and women who have fought to preserve freedom in the United States of America.

Across this great country, Americans are honoring our brave armed forces – all of whom have given something of themselves to this country. Some have given all, by laying down their lives to defend the freedoms we hold most dear. May each of us reflect, and be humbly grateful to the patriots who stand as guardians during peacetime, suffer unspeakable horrors and inhumanity during war, and come home to rebuild their lives following their service.

To all soldiers and veterans of any conflict, we offer a simple and profound ‘thank you.’ Because of your hardship, commitment and devotion to duty, we are able to sleep at night and live our lives as we do each day. May God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America.
