CORIZON ANNOUNCES VP OF OPERATIONS RALF SALKE APPOINTED TO CCHP BOARD OF TRUSTEESBRENTWOOD, Tenn., (November 7, 2012) — Corizon, the nation’s leader in correctional healthcare solutions, is pleased to announce Ralf Salke, Vice President of Operations in Missouri, has been appointed to the Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHP) Board of Trustees.

The National Commission on Correctional Health Care’s CCHP program recognizes the professionalism of individuals involved in all aspects of correctional healthcare. The program’s active participants earn the highly regarded CCHP designation by demonstrating mastery of national standards and the special knowledge and skills expected of leaders in their field. The NCCHC is committed to improving the quality of healthcare in jails, prisons and juvenile confinement facilities.

In addition to more than 25 years of correctional healthcare experience, Salke has 12 years of military service as a former officer in the United States Army Reserve. He also has served on the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals Board since 2003 in several capacities, including treasurer, chair and past chair.
