Corizon Missouri Reentry Program launches new website

The Missouri DOC, a Corizon partner, and Dr. Mark Fleming, Corizon’s Director of Reentry Services, recently launched an innovative Reentry website.

As of early August, the state of Missouri, families and released inmates have a new tool to utilize as they work together to access Reentry services provided by the Missouri DOC. The site provides community contacts in areas including crisis counseling, dental care, education/job training, employment resources, faith, food and clothing, housing/shelter, medical care, Medicare/Medicaid, mental health and veterans services. Each service has its own page listing contacts within the community and is easily accessible throughout the site.

A “Reentry Summit” was held in St. Louis on September 25th & 26th. More information about the website was made available, as well as details on how other Corizon contracts can take advantage of the same correctional interactive services.

This is a unique and differentiating resource for Corizon, and we are excited about the possibilities of expanding this program to other state contracts providing reentry services to inmates and their families.
