Team members from the Tennessee DOC, a Corizon facility, went as representatives to the USDWA (United States Deputy Warden’s Association) conference recently held in Nashville, Tennessee. There were over 150 participants who attended the conference from across the United States.

The USDWA is one of the oldest correctional professional organizations in the world designed to provide education, leadership and training for deputy wardens. Each year the conference is held to deliver real time information about the latest issues facing correctional professionals around the country. Training is provided by leading experts within the field of law enforcement as well as leadership and management.

Also, several team members from across the country recently represented Corizon at the ACA Conference in Denver, Colorado. Along with the booth on the exhibition floor and event sponsorships, Corizon also had several presenters during the conference workshops.
